    Jenn's training approach is extremely well-rounded. Not only does she tailor each training to my specific needs, but she constantly consults on nutrition and lifestyle choices that will help me to reach my goal. Her holistic approach to health and fitness, her follow up after each work out, and the time that she takes to create personalized work outs that I can do on my own, go above and beyond what I have previously experienced working with other trainers. On top of the fitness and training, Jenn is fun to work with and keeps me smiling throughout the workout. I highly recommend her to any one, any age, any condition.

    Jenn is an amazing trainer--motivating and engaging. I find she tailors to my needs and is well work your time and moneyl She has changed my life; I have reduced meds and am more fit than I have been in decades! I cannot say enough about her expertise or her help. I like that she consistently follows up after training and designs programs individually.

    Jenn was a very motivating instructor! We met at the gym, but she was never afraid to switch it up and do a hike, bike ride or a walk. She had helpful literature on acceptable healthy foods to eat, and could always answer all of my questions regarding fitness and diet.
    After we did a particular work out she would always email it to me, which really helped me stay on track for the week. Thank you Jenn!

    I met Jenn after my mom had a consultation with her. I wanted to get fit enough to hike some higher peaks. I have always been good about keeping my weight down, but I have never been good at keeping myself fit. It's difficult to switch up your routine when you don't know other exercises. Not only did Jenn give me some great backpack training routines, but she adapted my workouts after I hurt my knees.

    Jenn helped me through a difficult period of my life. I was scheduled for brain surgery and knew I should be strong for the operation. Jenn treated me with compassion and understanding. We worked on strength training and proper breathing. I came through the surgery really well and I credit Jenn getting me into shape! Thank you Jenn!
